Sharp cheedar cheese is great for the table, snacks, and cooking. It is more crumbly than the mild and medium varieties, and it has a sharper cheddar flavor. Also availble in white (un-colored). The cheddar is packaged in 1# and 2# waxed, sealed blocks.
